Standard & Specifications

  • Certified firesafe to BS 6755 Pt.2 and API 6FA.
  • Inherently firesafe primary metal/metal sealing.
  • Bubble tight shut-off in both directions.
  • Replaceable body seat and laminated disk seal.
  • 150Lb and 300Lb ratings as standard . Higher pressures to special order.
  • Temperature up to 500 centigrade as standard, or up to 700 centigrade if suitable materials are selected.
  • Construction materials conform to NACE requirements.
  • U.K. and foreign patents issued.
  • Suitable for use with spiral wound gaskets, RTJ, RF and FF flange finishes.

150mm wafer type valve with stainless steel laminated seal. Certified to BS 6755 Part 2.

  • Triple offset with tilted cone/ellipsoidal geometry.
  • Complete freedom from scuffing and pick-up through full 90 angle movement.
  • Geometry allows replaceable body sat to act as a mechanical closed stop.
  • Geometry ensures bi-directional bubble-tight shut off, lower operating torque, long life and high integrity on thermal cycling.
