KF Series T

This top entry valve with a one-pieve trunnion supported ball conforms to API specifications 6A, 6D and ANSI 16.34. Standard Nylon seats are retained in metal holders which are sping-loaded against the ball for low pressure, fire-safe sealing. Teflon or HT4 seats for high temperature applications are among the options available.

Standard features of the Series T Ball valve include double block and bleed design, lube and sealant injection fittings, double trunnion seals and inline accessibility for service. Series T valves are offered in 2¡± through 24¡± sizes(RP&FP) Class 600. Also, included are 2¡± through 12¡±(RP&FP) in Class 900, 1500 and 2500. Finally, API sizes 21/26¡±RP FP, 31/8¡± RP&FP and 41/16¡±RP&FP for 2000,3000 and 5000 psi working pressure are also available.

KF Series FA

Two-pieve bolted Carbon Steel valve with trunnion supported ball. Available in 2¡±FP through 12¡±FP sizes. Conforms to ANSI 16.34 and API 6D Class 150 and 300 requirements. Standard features include stem and seat injection fittings, Steel Backed-Teflon fabric trunnion bearings, block and bleed capability, Nylon seats and Buna N seals.

KF Series P2 Ball Valves
The Series P2 Ball Valves are offered in 14¡± through 36¡±sizes with full or reduced port in ANSI Class 150,300,600,900 and 1500 ratings. The p2 Ball Valve conforms to ANSI B 16.34 and API 6D specifications. The P2 also complies with dimensional standards of ANSI B16.5 and ANSI B16.10.

The P2 design features a rigid trunnion supported ball, spring assisted upstream seat sealing and a light weight two-pieve bolted body construction. Designed with the most desirable features required by the pipeline industry.
Optional materials available include stainless Steel, Teflon and Viton.

  • Large flange type bonnet permits easy adaptation of all actuators.
